Yeah that Jalepeno Mayo is good stuff. I really like the Roast beef poboy at R&O's or Bear's and the Fried chicken/bacon/cheese poboy at Dempsey's. SHITE, now i'm hungry!!

Great question.
I made this Bacon Lettuce Avocado Fried Egg and Tomato sammich the other day that was unreal.
Best sandwich I ate outside the home was this:
4505 Meats Chicken Yum Yum Sandwich:
Cornmeal-breaded fried chicken with aioli, peppercress, and pickled vegetables, $10.
So good!!!

the fried oyster on Ledenheimer poboy, with homemade jalapeno tartar sauce i ate a few hours ago, was pretty high on the list.

I would go with a meatball po-boy for the first time at a place that had to coax the roaches in it was so hole in wall deep kind of place. It became like crack in its addictiveness.

Fathead's Saloon on the southside of Pittsburgh has some sandwiches (they call headwiches) that will blow your mind and make your tastebuds dance. I couldn't pick just one. Check out the menu and see for yourself...

Nothing compares to the first time I had a reuben... Cant replicate that again, no matter how hard I try...

I made a meal of those things a few months ago, it is time to make some more of those things. But I sure a hell will not buy the meat from the deli section of the store. I will do the cooking part of the brisket myself.
ETA Stiens Deli on Florida where BRCC is now located was the first tast of corn beef bliss.

I don't know the name of the place, it was on S. Wacker in Chicago, in a deli downstairs from my biggest client. I used to go see them once a quarter and get a reuben that looked like this:
I wish there was one in BR that came even close.

Had a veal-cracklin hamburger at Urge Gastropub in California that was awesome too

Haven't tried it yet but it has to be the best. Next time in Atlanta this will be the first stop.

I used to make a blackened tenderloin sandwich at the Windsor Court for my employee meal. It was so much niceness, it was scary.

First thing that came to mind when I read your question was Darrel's Special.
Another favorite of mine is Calandro's Loaded Pastrami on Wheat.

Carving board sandwich at zea's!!
It's not on the menu anymore, but ask for it and they will usually make it or you.
Veal is my favorite!
