Yeah definitely an underrated show. The first season was really good.

3, 4, whatever. just watched the newest one last night...thought it was 4, guess it might have been 3.

either way, my original post is technically right...by my standards.

So... I don't have Showtime, but I saw folks talking about this show, so I was able to find the British version on Netflix.

Wow. I'm a huge fan.

Don't get me wrong... i still enjoy the show. However, I feel like the show has become less comedy and more drama than the first half of season 1. When I started watching Shameless in December, I was laughing my arse off thru the first 6-7 episodes. Now it seems like drama with a little comedy mixed it.

Frank is one of the funniest characters on television imo

Definitely funny but he's also one of the biggest douche bags to come along on TV in years. The way he dictated Butterface's fate just to scheme her out of her pension was despicable.

Sure he is a terrible terrible person but you know you laughed when he twisted it around in his drunken ramble to make him the good guy

That was pretty sickening. Of course, he got nothing in the end.
