S&W MP9C

Absolutely love it. I messed with a Glock 26, Sig 238, Ruger LCP etc before I bought mine. The S&W just fit me best. I love the trigger and the feel in my palm. I'd recommend you at least give it a try. Mine has the ambidextrous thumb safety that is easy to engage/disengage as I draw it out of my holster.

That being said, I am a S&W homer

Decent as a CC, but I hate it. It's just difficult.

Two things: Isn't the Judge a little big for CC? I've heard the Ruger LCP tends to have issues after a few hundred rounds. Any truth to that?

I have not heard anything about LCP problems but would like to know if true. I have no intention of firing that thing except on rare occasions or if I have too. I would prefer a little bigger round when I CC.

have yall seen the new springfield xds? 5+1 of 45 with a slide thinner than an inch. youtube it. won't be shipping until march.

also debuting at shot show is the sig 938, a slightly larger p238 chambered in 9mm.

All these new subcompacts are about to make the CC game a lot more competitive.

Ruger LCP most of the time, bought a Keltec PF9 after pondering the thought of actually having to use the LCP (no useable sights, small round) if a situation were to ever occur, however I find myself always carrying the LCP due to reliability issues with the PF9. I found out the hard way, you get what you pay for.

Have shot two of the compacts at the range I love them but due to the weapons width I feel if i ever bought one I wouldn't carry it everywhere which defeats the purpose.

All in all, Concealealed Carry FTW

I don't CC, but I keep my ruger blackhawk .357 in my truck when I'm at work. Perfect for what I use it for.

that sounds pretty awesome actually. If its as reliable and good shooting as the other XD's... this would be a pretty fantastic choice.

Edit: Oh.. and I carry a Glock 26, but I think its too thick and heavy. I want a Walther PPS.

Glock 26 usually. I just got a Glock 19 that will be carried on occasion once I shoot it more.

Seems like that pretty much puts 1911's on the backburner IMO.
