Any Updates On The LSU Fan In The Infamous Video?

Please, do not turn this thread into a pissing match over what is morally correct and what isn't when it comes to sexually "violating" another human being.
Also, please do NOT link the video for other fans that will inevitably ask what is going on.
No debates, no videos and no bringing up other incidents in NOLA.
Just current information on this incident, please.
So, with this in mind...
Has the victim come out yet?
Also, is there any credence to the info I've read on other UNRELIABLE sites like Twitter and Facebook that have stated the LSU fan wasn't passed out drunk, but actually had a small seizure. (Yes, I read this in more than one place last night).
Any news on the Bama fan? Has he been IDed?
Any other news stories since 1/16, which was the last time I checked on this.
Thanks, and please keep it civil so this thread isn't anchored or deleted.

The BR DA knows his identity, but he has NOT come forward.
He doesn't need to come forward to get a warrant.

I know Cannizzero was on the Radio this morning asking the 'victim' to please come forward and allow the NOPD/DA to do their job in this case.
Leo wanted to send a clear message that this will not be tolerated and even hinted (albeit very unlikely) that this can technically fall under the 'Hate Crime' law.
I really hope he finally comes forward. It will be embarressing for him, but really how much worse can it get.

No.
No.
No. No. (The man originally taking credit for the crime now says he was only trying to gain Twitter followers. . . which he did.)
No.

And I would assume felony charges are being considered.

This should serve an incentive to not get shite-faced drunk and pass out.

Iam4datigers,
Thank you for the link:
From the link:
"The story led newscasts tonight in Birmingham and New Orleans. Birmingham tried to put a pro-Alabama spin on the story, alleging the victim of the incident was drunkenly shoving 'Bama fans earlier on Bourbon Street."
I, for one, am not at all shocked Bama fans and their affiliates are trying to justify this behavior. After all the things I witnessed, I expected this follow up.
How do they know this was the guy "shoving people"? What a joke.
In New Orleans, meanwhile, WVUE is reporting the victim has retained an attorney and that charges will be filed soon.
Nice.
"Mel Showers stood in and briefly noted that as we reported on Deadspin earlier today, Randy's son Patrick Setterstrom is a co-star of the now-famous video of the Alabama teabagging incident."
No wonder the guy had balls (pun intended).

Mobile, Ala.'s WKRG opened its 10 p.m. newscast with the video of an Alabama fan teabagging an LSU fan at the Bourbon Street Krystal after the BCS title game. What WKRG failed to mention is that one of the stars of the video is none other than Patrick Setterstrom, a recent college grad and son of the station's sports director, Randy Patrick Setterstrom. Indeed, if you watch the video, it's Patrick Setterstrom who first attempts to pull out his package before girlfriend Ellen Cassin (who's conveniently wearing a jersey with her own name on it) stops him.

Apparently the victim has come forward and has retained an attorney. The DA's in both BR and NOLA are meeting today.
