Would Brockers going top 10 alleviate the hurt of him leaving?

Just heard someone on the Dan Patrick Show say that he's the best early entry to announce yesterday, the best D-Lineman in the draft, and a better NFL prospect than Trent Richardson. Read another article somewhere else that indicated he was garnering excitement among NFL Scouts.

I know many here are taking his early entry as a negative referendum on our program and the coaching staff. If he gets taken that highly, does his early move now become a positive as it's another feather in LSU's cap as an NFL factory and "D-Line U"?

Thank you for being positive. I think you have a good point (if he ends up being drafted in the top 20 or so). He's not a better prospect than Trent though.

I don't think we're going to be as hurt as some think. All this does is get Freak in the lineup.

I feel pretty confident he will go top 10. If not, it will be very close. He's making the right decision IMO. Don't fault the kid one bit.

Remembering Dorsey's injury alleviates my qualms. I'm just selfish and wanted to see him I'm P&G another year.

My favorite player

Been saying this all year, but I don't think he goes nearly that high.

If he falls out the 1st, someone will be getting an absolute steal.

Dude is a badass and needs to feed his extended family. I never took his leaving as a slight on our program unlike the chicken little retards around us.

Brockers is doing what he has determined is best for himself and his family. He should be supported on this. The higher he or any LSU player is drafted the better for LSU from a future recruiting standpoint.

Not for me, I don't give a damn about the NFL and what happens after they leave LSU.

The only thing that would alleviate the hurt would be to see Freak become a freak next year.

Any time a LSU player does well in the NFL draft it speaks well for the program. Wish them all well. Nobody gets to stay forever. These young men should decide what's best for their own lives, and when the time is right.
