Yes. They're fine. I wouldn't eat them sunny side up but baking with them should be ok.

Yep, eggs don't really need as much refrigeration as they get.

And if you do refridgerate them they will last a lot longer than the expiration date.

They're fine. Just don't use them raw to make egg nog. They need to be cooked.
