It is odd that the name is so close, the occupation is the same and they practice about 35 minutes apart.
Your guy did his med school at LSU-S. Residency and internship through the Tulane system.
Without knowing, I would guess your guy is related to Tommy Cassanova. Genetically, this makes him an American badass as well.

great news! One thing on the artist designing your new eye. My dad has a glass eye since he was a kid after some dip shite threw a screwdriver at him. Anyway. This going back some years so I am sure things are more high tech now, but my pop claims to have gone in for a replacement work up after a big LSU game weekend. He gets the new eye in and it is about 50% more red than his good eye.
So good thing your work up is during spring practice or so!
