This season has been rife with incredible defensive plays, but I doubt we are undefeated and playing for a national championship without the following three:

(1) Tyran's forced fumble and subsequent TD against Oregon on the first half punt. That entirely changed the momentum of the game;

(2) Mo's interception against Bama, which set up a tying field goal;

(3) Reid's goal line interception against the Tide. Epic.

One play that sticks out to me was when Trent Richardson carried the ball the first or second down against LSU's D and Eric Reid nailed him and popped the ball loose and it rolled out of bounds. Trent got like 8 yards on the play, but it was as if it sent a message that you're gonna be punished on every carry from here on out. I think it set the tone, and I'm willing to bet TR hadn't been hit like that all year. Trent was used to being the one that doles out the punishment, and not the one taking it.

Honey Badger stripping the ball on the punt return, picking it up and running (walking?) in for the TD against Oregon. That was the moment that I knew that this team was special.

since everyone else said Reid (1st choice) I'll list the strip/fumble TD by Honeybadger or the Kickoff Return TD by Claibourn

TM7 forcing the fumble on the Kentucky QB, then picking it up and running it in for a TD.

#7 Strip and score vs. Oregon. It set the tone for the year. LSU looked like boss and the opponent looked like a fool.

Every time one of our D-linemen runs down a player after he's gotten beyond the 3rd level of our defense.

TM7's strip and score against Oregon, that's when I realized a damn good year was ahead.

For me, it's Honey Badger's first strip for a TD against Oregon. That play exemplifies our season.
