I feel that it might pass this time, because the alternative is that Catholic schools are looking at playing each other for all their non district games. That would really cut into the budgets for a lot of the NOLA area public schools.

Personally, I like the proposal that was out there a few years back that would have forced teams that wanted to play-up into 5A.

there in lies what may kill it.. .is the LHSAA not the NOHSAA
