It amazes me that we haven't seen it once. Ware threw one. Why not Shep?

My play starts like this, but the receiver would be JJ in the back side of the play.

Lee at QB, Ware at single back. Wide right have JJ and Randle, Wide left have Shep and Beckham.
You could do all kinds of things out of this formation...Screen pass right or left and then have JJ or Shep thow downfield to receivers from the other side....do reverse and have one of them throw,etc.
