Ware was played very little in the second half and the game was far from over.

I know that Blue got hot running the ball, but when the camera panned to the bench Ware looked very unhappy.

Thoughts ?

Unhappy? I thought there was a shot of him laughing along with the rest of the RBs

It was western kentucky and Blue was doing the best job of finding running lanes, no need to get Ware dinged up when we have 2 very important games left

I don't think he's unhappy at all.

LSU running backs know that each night a different guy may be "the guy" and I'm pretty sure they are each 100% fine with that

We didn't need Ware. He could probably use the rest after the Bama game. He will play the most in the big games. Last weeks game is perfect chance to let fresh guys play and let other guys heal.

No he's just not as good as Ford or Blue unless you want to get 3 yards up the middle.

Miles always says he plays the hot RB, Ford and Blue looked alot better than Ware and Hilliard was taking care of the short yards

it looked to me like ware took a nasty shot to the knee on a goal line play and came off gimpy. not sure if he returned after that. it was the play that had to be reviewed b/c he appeared to fumble but was ruled down near the 1. hope he's all right.

Ware hasn't really played against the shitty teams all year (NWSt, Kentucky, WKU).

He was softening up the defense ... from the bench.

Ding ding ding.... Correct answer.... Good job of Miles letting him basically take the night off after the bruising game against Bammer.....

He is your bruiser. You don't really need him against inferior competition.

Yeah it's been the MO with him all year pretty much. The kid is a bruiser and takes a lot of punishment that he also dishes out. Keep him fresh for the stretch run.

Don't you remember him taking a shot on his knee. I bet that is the answer to this question.

Blue was blowing them up. Maybe it is because he gets to play more against inferior teams, but I have yet to see Blue have a bad run. He has really good vision

Blue plays well when he gets in, but so do Ware, Ford and Hilliard. Not enough carries to go around.
