I think the kid lives in a state of entitlement. I don't like the way the offense works with him in the game and I'm glad this is his last year cause I just don't like the kid (see his interview after the bar incident).

Notice I didn't say I hated the kid nor did I say I resent him because he's black. I gave him the benefit of the doubt in the bar debacle, but I hated the offense when he ran it last year and it looks the same when he runs it this year.

This is the rant and my opinion so flame away.

Yes...I think you probably still are 10-0 without Lee. JMO.

Dude how could I pout about JL not doing well this week he barely played and led LSU to a touchdown in his only full series.

As per your own quote " JJ won the game for us against Bama"

So tell me again your not here supporting qb's?

You actually said a qb who put up 9 points in an OT game won the game for LSU???????

Thats funny just imagine if he would have help from the defense or special teams!

I don't have a problem with JJ, I do have a problem with JL losing his starting position from one bad outing and no chance to redeem himself and get his confidence back after all he has done for this team this year. NO... I think that is some seriously messed up horseshite, and can't stand behind that decision to throw him under the bus. All Les did was confirm everyone's fears when JJ came back on the team, that he was looking for an excuse to pull him, and there you have it. Everyone who was on here laughing at that as ridiculous should consider that as well.

Did you have a problem with JJ losing his starting position after BRPD OVERCHARGED him? Lee is not some pansy-assed guy with a fragile mind. It was Western fricking Kentucky and Miles wanted to give JJ some playing time. Another thread said that in another cupcake type game last year (or the year before?) Miles gave playing time to Lee (as he wasn't the starter.)

All of you butthurt people need to get over this.

WE'RE 10-0 FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1958.

I've never liked Jordan Jefferson. Played against him and high school and never though he was a NC caliber quaterback. He makes very bad/stupid decisions (like taking a sack in your own endzone). I'm not saying jarret lee is better, but JJ is not good.

This. At least that is how I perceive it to be. From the moment JJ ran out on the first drive against Kentucky it seemed that Lee was on his way to being phased out or relegated to mop up duty. No start and mop up duty is what we saw last night. The first half last night also looked eerily similar to the majority of the JJ led offensive struggles of 2010. I think that is what most people have issue with.

You think I am overreaching Choctaw? I said I agreed with you that LSU won the game not JJ or JL.

There is Drexyl's quote or does it not read JJ won us the Bama game? Please explain how I am overreaching or misquoting the exact quote?

Some of you are probably better on the stats than me, but I seem to recall that our entire offensive production sucked a** last season. And I'm pretty sure that JJ was the starter. And I also seem to recall that Lee had to come into the game several times last year to win the game. Yet, JJ never lost his starting position. Ponder that. Overall, the offense just doesn't seem as crisp or as efficient with JJ at the helm.

No. JJ broke team rules and got himself in that position no matter if he is proven to have kicked the guy to the head or not after all is said and done with that,

It still doesn't justify pulling the starting position from Lee in lieu of Jefferson from one bad outing after all he's done for this team. It's not JJ vs Lee here. It's about what is right and wrong, and Lee's not delicate, but he is human, and this did his confidence NO favors. Just as we would need JJ, I suspect we will also need Lee before this is all said and done. Lee is a passing QB though, and not the same as JJ. If he doesn't have confidence in his arm and we put him in the fire and expect magic tricks, there could be a problem. Yesterday was the chance to get Lee back on the horse. Count that as opportunity lost.

I can agree with this. My preference for this offense is JL as the starter and JJ situationally. However, I don't care who the QB is if they are winning!

Takes too long to make up his mind. Stay's in pocket & still does not how & when to throw the ball away. Example, last night throwing out of the end zone that cost us a safety. Jl had a bad game against bama, but the simple reason is LES loves him some JJ.

Because he is simply a terrible QB. The JJ knights are one of the saddest aspects of this site and fanbase I've ever seen.

Neither of these guys are very good. They have 4 meaningful games to play and that's it for both.

For all of the debate, these guys have been teammates for 4 years. The coaches have seen every snap in practice, games and have them in meetings. Miles believes Jefferson is better than Lee. That is why Lee has been the backup.

Neither is good. Lee people need to stop talking like his last name is Brees Manning or Brady. They are, however both good enough to win with this team.
