Let them believe that. At the end of the day it's still 9-6...

They drove up and down between the 30s, but they gained -6 total yards all game when they got to the 30.

They moved the ball better than LSU did, but LSU's defense knocked the crap out of them once they got deeper into LSU territory.

That's what happens when your QB is not a threat to run the ball against a stout, SEC-type defense.

No different than our game against Auburn in '06.

Tell those Bama fans that "plays" don't happen b/w the 30 yard lines. They might have fared better with their FG attempts if they were from 19 and 25 yards, instead of from Birmingham.

i had a very good friend and sidewalk alabama fan spend over an hour trying to convince me bama really won because they had more opportunities.

i rolled my eyes and said "Who does Memphis play in B-ball this week?"

Don't get goaded into the "u scared" rematch talk. They're done. They lost.

Alabama had more chances to win the game and outplayed LSU. They, however, failed to win.

LSU capitalized on their opportunities and won the game. /thread

They are really just scared that miles is a better coach than saban now. We are gonna play them next year and rape them with the offense ie. Shepard, mett, ware

Actually not "/ thread" at all because I disagree with you. Unbelievably ignorant comment IMO.

Oh sure, they can say that, but of course, LSU came out on top in the score. Also consider that Miles outcoached Saban in this game--many fans who saw it, esp. those who were not avidly for either team, have been caught up by the media portrayl of Saban as being such a superior coach. But in this crucial game, Miles outcoached him, and LSU had superior special teams play, including place-kicking, punting & punt receiving/coverage. So, no 'Bama did not.

Don't forget about Ford. Him and JJ proved those big strong bama lb's don't move sideline to sideline so well.
