I'm not talking about current talent level. Missouri COULD e better at football than most schools. They have all the resources, but haven't utilized them.
Tennessee and Kentucky wouldn't be comparable if they locked the state up and the people just cared more.

This move will help them no doubt "come play in the SEC close to home" is something kids in the region have not heard.
