How many points would you say it's going to take to get BCSNC game student tickets? I am a sophomore.

Yeah, I am thinking sophomores will be left out of this

I find it kind of odd that at least half of the student body will not even have the option to go to the game. Raise the prices if you have to, but give each student the opportunity-even if only the more fortunate underclassmen can. At least give us the damn option

that may be a little high since we only have 6 home games this year as opposed to 7. just go to as much as you can, swipe in and walk out

that would mean you had to go to all home games and 4 road games...i doubt it

i say 130 is cutoff all home games and 2 road games/and or all 2 pt events

The point total is accumulative, right?

I wonder if it will be like in 07 where it was first come first serve for the lower tickets so we had to wait for 6 straight hours (6 am to 12 pm) in line at the superdome to get the lower level tickets morning of the game.

That was a long wait after being out most of the night in the big easy, man was it worth it though having face value tickets in the endzone 10 rows off the field.

no way. they will split it into the lower and upper student tickets based off of points if we play in the dome....which is the way it should be.

If this is the case, then I will be going to the BCSNCG as a true freshman

Wait, what? How could you possibly have that many points already?

Does anyone know how many priority points you get if you go to the SEC Championship game? I was thinking it was 5 but I'm not sure

It is in fact probably five, because that is what most road games are.

Do I get a point for just walking into a non-football sporting event? I know they have some point emails, but I am wondering if those are just double the points.

No, the only non-football events that get points are the designated ones in the emails.

In 2007 I got 2 tickets to the national championship after going to every home game, Bama away and SEC Championship... Makes me wish I was still a student.

I don't think it matters if you are a freshman or a senior. The SEC Championship Game and Bowl Game tickets go to students with the most points this year. (school year not calendar year)

Even if LSU isn't playing in it?

What else would you be? A redshirt freshman?
