Sweet Jesus, you people are dumb.

The most common phrase used by the announcers today during Ingram runs was "and he drags a defender with him".

You got me confused with someone else dude. I never emailed that kid. Why the hell would I email him? You got your wires crossed somewhere.

Talk about Crimson colored glasses. Your boy was overvalued as a first round pick. You can easily find the kind of ability he's shown so far in the 3rd or 4th round. Undrafted Ivory was more impressive just one year ago.

posted in the comparison to Ivory thread...

First 4 games
Michael Turner 23att 117yds
Jones-Drew 20attempts 118yds
Ray Rice 34att 108yds

First 6 games-
Arian Foster 54att 257yds

4 games into a career and you surely can tell exactly what a players career will be! Armchair critics should be collecting NFL scout money- or at least spew on Bleacher Report.

Again, youre using stats and logic. Thats obviously not allowed on this board.

Still sore that he abused you guys a few times? Cry me a river.

He took turns abusing the Jags for big chunks and breaking their backs picking up first downs on 3rd and 4th. He's doing everything that's asked of him in this system. Given time, he will not only get better (shocker, I know, that a rookie has room to improve), but I he has the ability to be an every down back if it ever came to it. He won't, though, and he's not going to put up monster numbers because this is not the kind of system that allows for it.

I really ain't big on stats for football. I like more what my eyes see regardless of the numbers. Some that must be incredulous so I used the numbers.

Logic is ignored a lot on game days tho. Just can't help it sometimes.

No but I might be sore if we moved up in the first round to pick a guy who's days of abusing defenses are in the past as it seems they might be.

He hasn't done anything special. So far, he's merely serviceable. This is blatantly obvious the most casual and impartial observer. Stop exaggerating.

"So far" he's shown signs of being a very good, dependable back. This is not the era of the superstar running back (with maybe 3 or 4 exeptions). I don't the draft pick will come back to haunt us. As my friend and I were discussing during the game, it's nice to actually have multiple, healthy running backs available.

10 carries for 97 yards, 1 TD, and a long of 33.

Ridley > Ingram.
