If the Saints were playing the Niners at home, the storyline would be how we were lucky to get a bogus penalty call to win the first time.

Not only did Lacy have an 82, but Vaccaro has an 87.7 to Jones' 88.8

They do? Looks like the last 7 picks this round are GB, Hou, Den, NE, Stl, Dal, Bal.

Bama had a "better" loss.
Okie State lost to a team that finished the regular season 6-6 and finished 8th in the conference. They were out-gained on the ground and through the air. They turned the ball over 5 times. That's a pretty big factor in the minds of the voters.
Bama, on the other hand, played LSU about as evenly as two teams can play. Bama was a better team than Okie State that year.

Warmack is the guard. Fluker is a tackle.

According to WF, it's 3 mil with 1.5 guaranteed.

Guess he was right
Nnamdi's contract is worth a maximum of 3 mil. The only way we were 7 mil off is if we insisted he give us 4 mil just for the right to put on the black and gold.

Drafttek's latest:
Round 1: Barkevious Mingo, OLB LSU
All signs are pointing to Mingo being the selection IF there isn't a top LOT available to replace Jermon Bushrod. The OT might be hard to land in Round 1, and if Mingo is still here the Saints will not allow him to pass through their hands. Mingo is a rather raw pass rusher, banking on his athleticism over total knowledge of the game. But in time, if he can refine that latter aspect, the sky is the limit.
Round 3: Margus Hunt, DE SMU
Round 4: Nico Johnson, ILB Alabama
Round 5: Landry Jones, QB Oklahoma
Round 6: Kwame Geathers, DT Georgia

getting $4 million to not play at all provides an attractive alternative.
It shouldn't. Nobody is going to touch a player who sat out an entire season after two lackluster years left people questioning his ability.

At least I tried to bring some facts to the table. If you want to bitch about the undrafted guys now, how about doing your own fricking leg work instead of making baseless claims, you negative douchebag.

I have more than one department under my direction also, and I have enough sense to let the managers run them without a lot of interference. It's called using common sense.

Maybe if you lay off the :pimp: you'll grasp the basic fact that LOOMIS DOESN'T DRAFT THE TALENT, DUMBASS.
re: With Bushrod gone should we go LT in the 1st?
Posted by cuddlemonkey on 3/12/13 at 6:32 pm to MrPackSix
If Lane Johnson is there I think you have to consider it, especially if you can get an OLB in the third like Sio Moore or Cory Lemonier (or if we get lucky and Jamie Collins falls).
