Since the year 2000 LSU has won 115 games, had consistent top 10 recruiting, won many bowl games including several BCS games, sold out most home games and won 2 National Championships.

In that same time frame I have heard Josh Booty, Marcus Randall, Jarrett Lee, Jordan Jefferson, Les Mile and the '08 Defense booed at home by LSU fans.

If this is the results of destruction then most college programs would rather be destroyed. The reality is that LSU is at the top of the food chain and the booing has been going on the entire time.

It's not.

Just hyperbole.

What booing is going to "destroy" is the damn student section in Tiger stadium. Watch how the powers shrink it again after this season. Its overwhelmingly drunk, ignorant kids that did the booing today. You can blame the uneducated redneck fans, but the student section was the loudest and most obvious.

Some peolle are acting crazy like JJ is the first tiger to be booed at home. I can remember Jamie Howard getting booed as well yet the program survives and is doing just fine i might add.

I have visited almost 30 football stadiums. I have heard fans boo their own team at only three, LSU(almost every game), Saints and Texas (once). I know LSU people think it is normal but IT IS NOT.

Guarantee it isn't helping with one particular recruit from this state. But go right ahead.

Half the season ticket holders around me booed. It was way more than just students.

The latest 20 year old generation can't handle booing because they have been taught since little leagues that everyone is a winners. Bunch of pussies in our society.

JJ is not the first or last player that will get booed at LSU.

It doesn't destroy our University.

It just exposes a portion of our fanbase for what it is. . .pathetic.

I don't think you are at the game.

Not saying the students didn't do it.

But they certainly weren't doing it at a noticeably higher rate than the rest of the stadium.

Pull in the reins hoss. Ags have no business lecturing folks on normal behavior.

South EZ was considerably louder.

We are allowed to boo so we can do so when we feel like it.

As far as comparing us to the rest of the nation, frick em! We love our team and have the right to boo, it is the same thing as when you fist fight with your brother. You do it because you are angry but you still love each other in the end and it is all good.

We boo when we are upset because we love our family. Make Sense?

I would also like to add...

How is ripping the playcalling, coaching, players, etc... on TD any different than booing at the game when JJ came in?

Bitching and booing are the same thing. One is just louder than the other! lol

This is my stance. Minus calling everyone some form of the word vagina.
