No, I'm certainly not comparing JJ to Tebow but Urban Cryer did successfully mix two skill sets effectively in 2006.
Of course, Tebow accepted his role and Leak, who endured a lot of pro-Tebow fan sentiment, managed the situation.

Lee has shown a lot of maturity. It seems that a lot depends on JJ's attitude and maturity going forward.

Les should be able to manage this because of the bond and support he has with the players

And OPPOSING DCs won't know whether to "SHID or GO BLIND" in preparing defensive schemes against LSU ... and that includes the Tuscaloosa Midget Little Nicky

No. Just drop it. 95% of the time dual qbs is nothing but a drive killer. It's happened to LSU in the past.

Florida is the exception not the rule.

No. Tebow was effective because he was virtually unstoppable. He was the best player on the field and the system was designed to do just that, get him on the field.

Now stop.

Thing is, UF's ground game - particularly short yardage - sucked back then. Ours doesn't. I could see JJ getting a few short yardage snaps a la RP, but not tO the extent that Tebow got.

you realize youre likening jordan jefferson to the most dominant college player in the last 20 years, right?

JJ has enough trouble throwing with BOTH feet on the ground......

Please stop. Make it go away....

Is 95% a verifiable stat, or is it something arbitrary you tossed out in an attempt to strengthen a weak argument?

Btw, MF and RP called to check on their Crystal Ball.

Why screw with a winning formula? lee is going like mauck and flynn right now, leave it alone! jefferson completely sucked last year and 90% of the fans were screaming for lee. what has jefferson showed that suggests he'll perform any differently? some fickle mf'ers around here.

this has disappointment written all over it.

What part of my qualifying statement don't you buttmunchs understand. My post was about situationaluse of JJ's skill set.
Rather than seeing JJ's return as a negative, I think it could enhance everything with Lee obviously remaining the starter.

Some of you guys just can't help but be a gaping anus.

Jeez! I simply can't wait for the return of the Meerkat offense, again, and the sight of Jefferson constantly looking to the sidelines for help.

Yeah, there is honestly no point in comparing JJ to Tebow.

But Cam >>>>>>>> Tebow. That dude was a freak.

Damn where does the s*** come from! I tried to address this 2 days ago, just pisses me off that people would even remotely put them in the same class, Tim Tebow was a 3-Time All-American, Heisman Trophy winner and was apart of 2 National Championship teams.
