Based on your enjoyment, and NOT what critics rated them. There's getting to be so many of them, a big list can now be generated...
i'll take the first shot
#1 Iron Man
Dark Knight
Spiderman
Superman (with Reeves)
Batman (with Keaton)
Spiderman 2

1. Superman - The Movie (1978) Gold Standard that nobody has been able to replicate.
Marlon Brando
Margot Kidder
Christopher Reeve - nailed his performance like no other superhero.
Gene Hackman
Best there ever was, best there will ever be.
It's been downhill since then.
Way down...
2. Dark Knight wasn't bad...just grim, non-stop action sans a story, no fun, no real love interest and frankly overrated. What happened to Superheros and optimism?

Dark Knight is probably the most well-made "superhero" movie but it's really just a crime film with Batman as the main character.
I personally think X2 best exemplifies what a comic book movie should be.

While it's number 5 on my list, I actually agree. The top 4 are more like crime and spy sagas than actual superhero feeling films.

I mostly agree with your list. Haven't seen Mask, so would drop it, put the Superman with Zod and Sin City up there.
#1, though, would be Scott Pilgrim.
