Lets not compare Lee to Weurffel in College.
Do keep up.

I still think Lee will go through ups and downs this year, and a viable alternative will be necessary. He should start though until he shows otherwise however.
He has done a good job of limiting the turnovers, which was everyone's fear. Still want to see ANY QB play 3-4 games before solidifying my feelings though

Also Mett doesn't back peddle and does not look nervous with his feet AT ALL

Then why not compare Lee to someone who wasn't one of the most accurate passers in College football history.....because Lee isn't in the same ball park as Weurfull when it comes to accuracy in College.

You stay with the starter until given clear reason to not. Whether as a result of the starter sucking balls, or by virtue of the next guy being clearly better.
I don't want fluidity at that position when we are competing for a title.

Exactly. Lets at least wait till we need our QB to make plays, or at least play a conference game.

You are attacking a comparison on the basis of everything BUT the ACTUAL comparison.
Stop being so tragically stupid.

11 pass attempts against an NSU D that had already been pounded into the ground for two quarters by the first string.

my point is: Mett looked more comfortable than Lee against the same opponent.
I'm not denying Lee's success...I just cant get over Mett's potential.

I would have liked (not that it matters) Lee to play into the third. He needs the reps.

You made a very idiotic comparison.

Good lord, I didn't realize you were one of these rant retards. You made a comparison of Jarrett Lee to Danny Weurful based on their velocity as if the velocity didn't seem to hurt Weurful. It didn't hurt Weurful because he was so extremely accurate. Much more so then Jarrett Lee. So your comparison fails. I know you are trying to compare one thing and leave out another. Unfortunately, it can't be done.

Les will pull the starter in that scenario.
Had Lee not come away limping, Lee would have played the 3rd.
