Not complimentary of Lee at all. Constant remarks about him throwing off back foot, needs to quit staring down receivers , needs to get rid of ball quicker, etc. Hummmmm

Do you think maybe he was just relaying what he was seeing to the viewing audience? That is his job and all.

must read the Rant. Or watched the game.

I love Lee. I am thrilled he has hung with LSU. He goes on to win the MNC, it's a Disney movie.

But the concerns mentioned are still valid.

He is right. 4 years later still throwing off his back foot. We run away with this game if we could just hit a 5 to 10 yard pass. It's called pitch and catch and we need to improve greatly at this.

Damn! I missed the replay, so I didn't hear what Greg Bowser had to say. But, if he said that, he watched the same game I did. I'm glad JL started, but he's got a lot of room for improvement in his mechanics. He does seem to have grown as a "game manager" as evidenced by no interceptions.

So he cant give his honest criticism? He has no secret agenda, he is calling it how he sees it, get over it dude.

The other things are past criticisms of Lee, but I thought getting the ball away quickly was one of the things Lee did well. Even if he isn't great at it, at least he never took all the sacks like JJ.

These are all valid points. But they must needs be balanced by: a) JL's decision making was excellent (maybe he should've tucked it an ran when he was sacked) and b) 1TD and no INT's.

The first point is not getting near enough attention.

You must not have listened to the rebroadcasts of some of JJ's games over the past couple of years-he's not a big fan of him either. Greg tends to be pretty negative, period. Remember a couple of major gaffes in last year's UF game because he was being so negative?

Are you fuk's for real? I don't know shite about being a qb, but I can see that everything he is saying is true. He aint hating on no one. He's being real. Lee keeps on throwing like that, we lose to Miss ST. and more.

I did not see/hear Bowser's comments regarding Lee, nor do I care what they were.

I have watched a number of games in which Bowser was doing the telecast, and he is among the worst analyst I have ever seen.

GB is a JJ loving mf....that is all that needs to be said really. All of you sitting here saying LSU is in trouble with JL....kind of funny really after watching JJ who could NEVER hit a swing pass in stride in his entire career....all JJ could do was run the ball, and look like a deer in headlights in obvious passing situations.....funny how some forget that.....hell, even the coaches would take him out in obvious passing downs when 3rd and long...in favor of Lee...what did that tell you...with the game on the line????? If a few of those balls had been caught, and the phantom penalty not called on holding....we are sitting here with lee 15-23 and about 190 yards and 1td and 0 int's.....you kids have such knee jerk reactions ...the sky ain't falling.

I have had recreational(kids playing against each other in baseball) and professional dealings with Greg and he is defenitely a negative person to certain people.

But what he says about Lee is pretty accurate.
