If you don't win this game, there's a good chance the loser may not make it to the championship game

Can't win 'em all if you don't win the first one.

One game at a time, if we lose, we are out of the championship more then likely, and the same goes for LSU,,,, pretty smart of him to go into this thinking that way IMO.

Its really not even LSU's biggest game of the regular season. Nov. 5, in Tuscaloosa, is bigger.

If LSU loses then wins out, we are in the NC, IMO.

I don't think so. We could lose to Oregon, then win out and we are in the Championship game. Guaroonteeed!

If LSU loses to Oregon then runs the table the rest of the year there is pretty much no way LSU doesnt play for the NC.

Sounds like a cop out. In case they lose and don't get to go to the NC he can say it was because they lost a "bigger" game. Salvage the season.

No doubt, and it's a steep climb.

As long as we don't get blown out; we could run the table and still get into the ship! Especially because of all the preseason drama and how it would be considered in our favor. The same could not be said for Oregon unless there are only 2 loss teams left. I respect that Thomas puts that much emphasis on this game. I actually like this kid. After watching his interview where you got this quote. Come Saturday night I'll hate him.

Yea because there obviously only two things you can believe.. Its either bigger than the NC game or just a warm up.

I didn't say it was a bad thing. In case you lose he can still say it was a good season for the fans. Damn. Lee has already started rallying the troops.

Even if LSU lost, they still have a better chance of getting back though, but the only team we would need lose is Okaylahomers. Cause we all know a sec team is a lock for BCSNCG.
