There is some pretty cool game footage of the last two years in this one and it IS a base foundation video to learn the offense from as is the Inside Zone Read. Come back here to discuss as usual and if the title at the top of your page says, “Power Play”….it is a muff that will be corrected shortly. This page IS the Outside Zone Read.

We also have some inadvertent humor from a new star on the video………

Very nice Fish once again.

Serious question. What is it that Auburn did correctly that held the running game way under their season average?

Also, would love to check out a game in Eugene. Hopefully one day we can do a home and home. It's not out of the question with LSU playing Washington and West Virginia away these days.

Great question. I think Cal did a good job also.

They won at the line of scrimmage and had Nick Fairley.

If LSU can't control the line of scrimmage, they will get taken to the woodshed.

Blew the Oregon offensive line up almost every play

Here is a quote from LaMichael James about it I posted yesterday
quote:

Their defensive line was overpowering our offensive line," he said. "That was just the way it was.

Here's every snap of Oregon O vs Auburn D for anyone that wants to see for themselves:

LINK

One thing LaMichael James is good at is broken-field running. Auburn did a good job of getting equal penetration across the line on the IZR. Uneven penetration gives LMJ spots to exploit.

Oregon actually had some success on the OZR but didn't run it much, instead throwing the ball or going with that 3-back look.

Fish Duck, do you have any video showing breakdowns of how teams have had success stopping Oregon?

How much experience does Oregon's O line have this year?
