If you don't watch it already, watch True Blood. Seasons 1 and 2 are good, 3 was bleh, 4 has been very good thus far.

Next time you stumble home after a couple of drinks too many, immediately watch the first 4 or 5 episodes of Carnivale and report back.

This if you are any kind of a history buff. Even if you aren't, the show is bad arse.

Boardwalk Empire is a great show. Shouldn't take too long to catch up either. New season soon!

Carnivale. There are only 2 seasons.

"Bored to Death" is not that great. I watched season 1 and it did get better, but you have to invest a lot for not a lot of pay off.

That game of thrones and boardwalk empire have been my favorites so far. deadwood was amazing

the pacific/BOB is in a different category.

I enjoyed the sopranos...but after the first two seasons it sort of dragged on

I just watched first episode of Bored to Death. I thought it was quite good. Subtle humor with a bit of wit to it. I'm gonna give this one a shot.

As for Boardwalk Empire, I watched the first episode way back when it first came out, but I didn't get into it too much. I think I'm gonna give it a shot after all the praise I'm reading on it.

Game of Thrones? Freaking Amazing!!!!!

Curb is good, wouldn't say the best though. Seems like Mark Wahlberg has his hand in just about every HBO series now.
