It's hard not to be bandwagon if it's a foreign league.
I really only dislike fans of big 4 teams who are fans of the team only because they're really good.

I chose both citeh and fulhamerica. I believe you have to choose a crap team and a title contender.

Is not knowing the definition of "bandwagon" a prerequisite for people to start posting here? I think what you meant to say was that most people who follow an EPL team in this country aren't English and some picked a team arbitrarily based on a team's recent success. Troll.

What European (even English) teams were on tv in the US with any regularity even 5 years ago? The internet was about the only means of following the sport even up to a couple years ago. Fox soccer, goltv, and even espn's coverage of non-world cup soccer was damn near nonexistent several years ago. If my Aunt and Uncle had not been frequent travelers to England and sparked my interest as a teenager, I would probably be picking a side with no real affiliation simply based on marketing and publicity. IMO, the only people around here that can be considered "bandwagon" fans are those who chose Arsenal or Chelsea when they were at their peak a few years back and now switch to United or City because of these clubs recent success. The poster that wanted to switch from Spurs to any "top 4" team because of Tottenham's rocky start could be termed a "bandwagon" fan. Recent converts who stick with their pick through thick and thin aren't on any fricking wagon.

Hell, I've only been a soccer fan for two years really. And if following the league I have the most access to is wrong...then IDK man. Whatever. The OP sounds like one of those guys who gets mad when "his band" becomes popular IMO.
