yeah, believable
He didn't recognize any of the "involved" players...meaning JJ wasn't involved. Duh

But if you are not from LSU, and it's dark outside...Is it reasonable to believe that JJ wasn't recognized until his face was put all over BR TV?
GTFO trying to post something reasonable on here

It's not unreasonable for someone to recognize JJ, but not all the others involved.

Maybe meant that, as he was witnessing it live, he didnt know or recognize those involved.
Later, he then saw a pic of an accused JJ on the news/online, and thought, "That dude, who I now know is JJ, was not one of the dudes I saw involved in the fight. He was just one of many that I saw who was trying to calm things down", etc.
Makes sense to me.

police said no vehicular assault occurred.
I had not seen this.
His statements already dont jive with police facts.
Now the police have conclusive and substantive facts.
He stated he did not recognize these players till he saw there pics later on.

We don't know what statements they made.
Their attorney said none were in the bar. At least 1 is confirmed to have been in the bar...

You really want the players to be guilty huh.
No, I find it odd that a student who was there, and COPS ARRIVED ON SCENE not long after the fight. Why didn't he speak to the cops then, why just go home?
I want the truth to come out and the responsible parties (whomever that is) face the proper punishment.
I don't care about a side, I care about the truth. Odd many here don't.

somebody just got his grad school paid for

Haha yup, those darn facts get me everytime.
But on a lighter, less idiotic note to you saying how the grad student said JJ didn't do anything but didn't know what the players looked like.. If you saw a person helping an old woman cross the street, keep in mind you have no idea who the person or old lady is, then 4 days later see this persons picture on the news with their name.. Would you not be like "oh yeah that was the guy who was trying to help out" then again you seem to have the mental capacity of a 3 year old so I can understand how you would be confused

Thats what I saids.
So just because a witness didnt agree with statements ("facts") made by the "victims" means it isnt true?

Delgiorno's on the case, so we should have this wrapped up by drive time.

I don't want to be a dick but I think before you keep putting your foot in your mouth you should read the statutes in Rick Rickles therad and learn the definitions of assault and battery. They are not interchangable words.

This may surprise you, but not every college kids wants to talk to the cops at 2am.

So instead of CALLING THE POLICE, he calls a call in radio show to voice his story.
Really? REALLY?

"So he had no idea who people were, but DAYS later knows what JJ was doing... "
I have no idea what happened, but it is not surprising at all that a witness could only after an incident know the name of someone involved. This happens all the time. the witness sees something go down and remembers what those involved looked like, what they wearing etc. The witness later sees a picture of those involved and says "that's the guy." this is precisley how wanted posters and lineups work.
I have no idea what happened or if the WWL caller was telling the truth, but the mere fact that he was not up to snuff at the time on visually identifying Jordan Jefferson means nothing.
