CLM, there are many reasons why I think glad you are the coach for LSU and hopefully are for many more years to come.
1) You are a great family guy
2) You are loved by your players, its obvious they would go to war for you.
3) You may not win every game, make decisions that others would questions but no one is perfect and your outstanding record at LSU attests to your capabilities.
4) You are a great recruiter as is obvious from having one great class after another.
5) You run a clean program and do not take nonesense from your players and are a good disciplinerian as proven when you dismissed Ryan Perilloux from the team.
And because of these reasons (and am sure there are few others that others may percieve) there is no doubt in my mind that you are a great coach who is a right fit for this program. And based on that, I am sure you will do the right thing with regards to the situation that occurred this past week outside a local bar where some LSU players were involved in a fight. I am not familiar with all the details, I am hoping that you are, but if any of the players in question (I think there are 4 of them who are at least charged or may be) actually kicked a person in the head, I implore you to not only suspend but kick that guy off the team, even if that person does happen to be our senior starting QB or whoever. I am totally disregarding the fact that the person who got kicked (from what I have heard) is a Marine who probably has and will do more for this country then the person who kicked him in the head. THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and does not echo any sort of moral standards that LSU represents. If the dismissal of these player(s) impacts the season that we will have this year, then so be it. That is a small price to pay for and we are going to be much better off in the long run by not having these player(s) on our team.
Thank you for taking the time to read my 2 cents.
Geaux Tigers!!!

Posts should be shorter...
Don't you know we all have A-D-D and only care about what we are trying to say?
No one will read this!

A four year old is more difficult to figure out.

Why does it matter that he (JJ perhaps) kicked someone in the head durring a fight? He uses his hand to throw the ball. Saving his hands is a smart choice. There is no rule that says kicking is off limits in a street fight.

Yeah, but his true strength is his running ability.
