All I know is Miles better not let the Angels back on the field for some time, if at all. Don't know what to say about all you pathetic and pitiful cheerleading cretins with no moral compass what so ever, that are defending the players just because the ONLY thing you're concerned about is victory's. (Gump Disorder Syndrome)
God? Is that you??

Wow, implicate themselves???? By going in? I'm guessing ,don't go in until you know what facts they've got against them. They are buying time, that's all.
They will have a warrant if they don't present evidence that contradicts the 4 arse whipped dudes.
Ya think?

You are seriously fricked up. The scene as it has been described was reminiscent of the Rodney King riots and the trucker that was dragged out of his cab and beaten senseless and you think money will make up for something like that? fricked up.
Let's look at who is describing the scene. The people on the news get paid to make things more dramatic because that is what people want. As far as the people on here go no one knows anything except there was a fight. I don't think this is like Rodney King.

Do you think Miles doesn't have more facts than the general public at the moment?

question: did the fight take place in the "bar" or in the "parking lot"...people keep referencing a "bar" fight, but i keep reading about the curb and "rash" on the dude's face.

It was in the parking lot of the bar.

Wanna answer that one again?

Well obviously I am not a JJ fan. By the same token I dont like to see LSU dragged through the mud which is occuring here.
My take is for curfew breaking it should be handled in house. As for the fight if a player (any player) is charged I think they should be suspended. As for length that is Miles call but I dont believe we should have a player charged with a crime on the field unless he is cleared or the criminal court runs its course.
As for JJ never have thought he was a leader and that is based on his previous quotes refusing to take responsibility for his poor play up until a week or so before his ESPN carwash. I still wonder why Miles ran a P R campaign trying to convince the fans and probably the team JJ was a leader when he has never shown any qualities of a leader!
I also believe the punishment for a so called team leader should be greater than a freshman or soph whether that be in house or suspensions but again I believe that is Miles call especially if the player is not criminally charged.

Its called the 5th Amendment. Right to refrain from self incrimination.
If the police do not have enough to make an arrest, when would any attorney allow the client to be interviewed and possibly say something to implicate themselves.
Even if arrested they do not have to speak. Force the police to try to find enough info to get a judge to sign and arrest warrant. After the arrest keep your mouth shut and allow the attorney to whittle away at the evidence and the credibility of the witnesses.

The fight originally broke out in the bar. They kicked everyone out into the concrete octagon.

I agree, but it sounds like the other poster may have a breakdown if he takes action before the fans know the real story.

honestly, i couldn't care less about him AFTER the arrest.
i want him to either be arrested now or have no charges, so we can get back to football.
the back and forth bullshite is hurting the team more than jefferson actually getting arrested.
we could get a game plan ready for the ducks.
