You are standing too close to the ball...
After you hit it :rimshot:

set up your shot then lay one of your irons from toe to toe, step back and look at where you're aimed. You've got to get your eyes trained to recognize an accurate set up.
Sometimes it helps me to set up to the ball by putting both feet together and then separating them once I feel like I am aligned to the target.

Lay your club down for every shot, get behind the club and check alignment, make correction if neccessary, address ball, learn from your mistake and work on correcting it, eventually youll figure it out.

I always just stand behind my ball and pick out a blade of grass about 6 inches in front of it. It's a lot easier to set up to something right in front of you than something 150 yards away.

Try starting off with your feet together and stepping at and away from the target while looking at it..not while looking down at the golf ball.

Make sure your shoulders are closed.

opening up your left shoulder maybe
I just put my club at my feet and step back to see where im aimed, if it doesnt feel right.
If you wanna be incognito about it, find a good stick or twig in teh woods.

Your right knee is dipping. Concentrate on keeping your head level through the follow-through.

Put a tee behind your left ear.

Make the letter H with:
A) Your stance line
B) Your Ball Position
C) Your target line
This is foolproof. Most people line their feet up at the target. Line your feet up left of your target and square the clubface to the target in the setup.

Middle of your stance and use more wrist. Your hands should start faster than the rest of your arms. Especially on you pw to 8 iron.

Find a point between the ball and your target (this should be about 5-10 ft in front of you). Hold the club in front of you, align the face of the club up with that point, take your stance, and swing.

1. At all shots at the range, place club a on the ground with club head or grip pointed at target.
2. Hit all balls with the club a few inches in front of toes, with shoulders aligned toward target.
3. Every 4-5 swings place the club across your chest to ensure shoulders remain properly aligned with target.
