These are some of the most delusional, crazy, people ive ever seen.
Also the captain is a giant poon. He's always telling people to go board the whaling ships, yet he never gets off of his fat arse.
I'm at the part when he gets 4 women to go board a ship of rough Japanese seamen. He says "they won't know how to react to a woman on their ship, it's full of men." seriously?? I'm assuming that they would probably do unspeakable things to them. This dude has to be the dumbest frick on the face of the planet.

Oh, you gotta watch the South Park episode of "Whale Whores"...It's probably close to an accurate depiction of "Whale wars" and their fat-arse captain.
(One of my favorite South Park episodes along with "All about the Mormans")

I watched part of an episode where dude was all upset because the japs rammed his boat when he got in their way. It's like me being pissed at a train hitting my car because I parked it on the track. Dude was talking about how he almost died but it's all worth it if he can save just a single whale. Sounds like an even trade to me.

If you ever wanted to start cheering for whale hunters, watch this show. If you have to pick a side between the 2, it's hard to go with the idiot hippies.

This.
I am farthest thing from a bleeding heart liberal as you can get; however, I would never condone this action.

They have a badass speed boat though.
I enjoy how all their toys (boats and helicopter) never work when they need them

I think the funniest part of the whole show is watching a bunch of Vegan hippies throw stink bombs and flour, and think they're actually doing something.
"oh that flour will make the deck slippery, that'll show em!!

Just wanted to recap last nights episode. Last night they deployed a prop fouler, it worked for the first time in the history of the show, and they left it tied to the inflatable boat.
So now a guy is going to almost die of hypothermia, and instead of huddling together for warmth everybody just stands around pointing at him asking if he's ok.
Oh and he wouldn't be nearly as bad off if the Bob Barker hadn't managed to get 5 hours away from the iceberg in about 2.5 hours time. How they pulled that off I'm still wondering.
So there it is, their most successful tactics to date may kill one of themselves. Oh yeah, and they felt the need to show the tracking device they planted on the Japanese ship. That thing probably could have stayed there 10 years undetected but they wanted to tell everybody about it so now the whalers can just scrape it off. Great job guys.

I only caught the last fifteen minutes and I kept asking myself, "How the frick did they get 5 hours away from what is essentially a lifeboat?" By the time the Barker gets to them they will have been floating on open Arctic waters for 14 hours. If everyone keeps all their fingers, toes, ears, and noses I will be amazed.

Why don't they at least take the guy that's dying in the one boat that's functioning. One of the fricking boats is fine! But they're just sitting there waiting for the slow arse Bob Barker to show up.

It's basically a show about a bunch of 8 year olds playing Navy. Only the 8 year olds are technically recognized as adults, they have real boats, and the "bad guys" also have real boats. And instead of playing in Billy's back yard they are playing in the middle of a freezing arse cold ocean where you die if you fall off the boat. How half of them haven't managed to get themselves killed by now, I do not know. Most likely the camera crews talk them out of a bunch of obviously stupid crap that they may have otherwise attempted to do.

caught a current, and now it works against them trying to get back to them. He told them on the radio they were 5 hours away, three hours later they were four hours away. For the first time in the history of the show something actually worked as intended, then this happens
