The new bats ruined what made college baseball. They sound like crap and players can't hit.

Its actually made me less interested in pro baseball.

I used robe fine watching a 100 or so MLB games as well as a lot of college games but now the slow pace of college has turned me off of the pros.

Triple is more exciting as it last longer.

IMHO, only the straight steal of home is more exciting than a triple.

Yeah, and with a triple you don't know the outcome. He could get thrown out at third. A homer you know he's gonna round the bases

A double deep into the gap lasts longer than a homerun, but I wouldn't say it's more exciting.

look i hate baseball as much as the next guy, but it does have some exciting moments (OF gunning down a runner, stolen bases, etc)

now, the everlasting boredom that consumes much of the game may make baseball seem more exciting in these moments...
