Ok somebody started the Heinz or Hunts thing, so what's your favorite Mayo and Mustard.

Me...BLUE PLATE I could bathe in that fricking shite, I eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner!
A close second is the Tobasco Mayo which I believe is made with Blue Plate too so doesn't really count.

Mustard...French's....that's it...not as passionate about mustard.

Mayo is the nastiest food ever made, regardless of brand.

Homemade, Hellman's or Blue Plate, depending on the food involved.

I love mayo.

I like a variety of mustards. It really depends on what I'm eating. For a burger, I want French's and lots of it.

I've tried my hand at making a LOT of things from scratch...but sometimes somebody actaully makes shite better than I think I can...A LOT better and Blue Plate is definitely one of those things. NOT to mention if it didn't taste so GD good...knowing what's in it...I would probably pass on it...but TOO late for that...I LOVE IT!

mayo: homemade. i'm not really a big fan. so, i prefer to have complete control over what it tastes like

mustard: i honestly don't have a favorite. i will eat and enjoy pretty much any brand/kind

Just kidding.

But i love Mayo. I love a heavy mayo chicken, egg, tuna or potato salad. I've put Mayo on a baked potato or in mashed potatoes.

Mayo, no mustard on my shrimp poboy, thanks.

I do like mustard, just only a little. it's very powerful so doesnt take much. With burgers, yellow mustard only. But i do like spicy or brown sometimes, depending on the food.

Hellman's mayo is the best, but because of the price savings I usually buy Blue Plate.

My favorite mustard by far is Gulden's.

Blue Plate is the only "Mah-Nez" ... everything else is just mayo.

Yellow Mustard - i used to actually prefer Crystal, but i don't ever see it anymore .. wonder if they still make it. French's is straight, but to be honest, i prolly wouldn't know the difference if you gave me Great Value brand. I dont really use yellow mustard that often.

What i DO use is Zatarain' Creole Brown Spicy Mustard. I could eat that stuff by the spoon full.

Mayonnaise is one of the easiest things to make, but I always add more stuff for extra flavor, basil or dill or chipotles or garlic.

Store bought, Blue Plate.

Mustard, easy, Zat's Creole, one of the world's best mustard's.

I know Blue Plate is a Louisiana brand but it kinda sucks. I think it's only popular here because of the "pizza recognition" theory.

Hellman's all day. It's the closest to homemade. Duke's is a close second. But I generally make my own as well.

i use hellman's but just on fries and sandwiches. but then again what else does one use mayo for? will have to try the tabasco mayo. i don't remember if we can get blue plate out here?

mustard - just about anything but yellow mustard. like horseradish, dijon, and stoneground mustards best.
