Friday - Crawfish

Whatever my wife's grandma is cooking, which I'm sure will involve at least a dozen different desserts.

We will be enjoying the traditional Baptist Easter lunch: Baked ham, deviled eggs, green bean casserole, copper penny carrots, and coconut cake (the kind with the little green-dyed coconut nest on top filled with jelly bean eggs.)
