AU right fielder was on the warning track. It was less than 15 feet.

It was on the warning track. When he hit it, it looked easily like a homerun on GeauxZone.

from watching on the GZ, it looked gone off the bat, died at the warning track

Right at the beginning of the track, so 10' +/-.

Yeah listened to the call at the game...Hannagriff pulled a Hawthorne but at least he tried to let the listener understand why he committed a mistake.
For those who listened on the radio, was Wright better than Hawthorne? I listened in the 9th and he sounds like an SEC announcer.

Agree...he is human like the rest of us....and wanted that ball to go out of the park like the rest of us. It looked good off the bat, and he called it as such and then explained himself...and Wright backed him up and agreed that it looked good.

He has been solid for a while and was solid tonight. Better? Beauty is in the ear of the beholder I guess. I enjoy both.

Ridiculous! So had JH made that same call he would be called out on how bad he sucks but if Hanagriff makes a mistake its ok?

WTF? What does an sec announcer sound like? You seem to be an expert on sec announcers based on your comment so which ones have you listened to as much as JH?
