I would put turbine 2 or 3 $80 a peace and labor maybe $100 a peace and get a new quote on fan no more $500 blow insulation on top of old

If it's just the baseboard , door frames and window seal .I change all mine out way cheaper. Lead paint wasn't use on walls.

My son told he did not want to go to College for 4 Years. So I took him to Vocational Technical College. They have Drafting, Electrical ,Process operation AC Etc.. take him see if he like any of these Trade. The classes are very easy.
