I don't understand players today. If they are fooled on a 3rd strike just let it go? Why?
You should ALWAYS swing at a strike with 2 strikes. You can't foul off a strike to get another pitch if you don't swing at all. Even if you are fooled and have to take a horrible looking swing you can still have a chance to foul it away. But just tucking your tail between your legs and going home doesn't help shite.
Guess they don't teach defensive batting in baseball any more now days.
