Stryker Trahan 2012 Baseball

Scott, La., catcher/corner infielder Stryker Trahan has committed to Ole Miss. Perfect Game has him a 10.0 on its 1-to-10 scale. Cecchini is ranked No. 1 in Louisiana and Trahan is No. 2 in Louisiana.
We all know about the Cecchini situation but does anyone know anything about Stryker Trahan? Hes an Under Armour All American with Cecchini but thats about all I know.

Stryker is awesome and extremely well built. He might never see a college Field like Garin. He will be drafted very high.

ULL fans are going to be pissed. I don't think he ever considered LSU at all, but he's supposed to be a stud.

Yeah I would be surprised if either make it to campus. Thanks for the input, I didnt even know Stryker was on the verge of pulling the trigger. Especially in Ole Miss' favor.

Scott is right next to Lafayette. It's where all the country folk in Lafayette come from. I would imagine he had an LSU offer, but I never heard anything in terms of him wanting to come here.

I've been hearing rumors about how good this kid was since he was in 7th-8th grade. He's the total package as a catcher. He will get drafted really high and likely never see Oxford.

Yes he's at Acadiana High. I watch quite a bit of baseball in this area and I've seen him play a few times the last few years. He's everything that was advertised...plate discipline, power, cannon for an arm. He's being pitched around a lot this year, so his production is less this year than it has been the last couple of seasons.

He was never considering LSU and was always leaning to Ole Miss.. if he plays college at all.

Stryker and Gavin are the top two junior prospects in the state. Stryker has every tool. Size, speed, cannon for arm, power, the total package. He is also a very good football player for Acadiana.
Will get drafted high, so yes, it will be interesting to see if him and Gavin even make it to campus. If they DO, LSU will have their hands full, these two are that good!
