I gotta ask Uncommon Cents why is it considered bashing for fans to be frustrated and tired of a qb who in two seasons cant get LSU's offense in the top 90 in the country. Do we just need to blindly support and cheer for any LSU player/coach no matter what his performance is? In that case why do we not stiI have Curley Hallman as coach Surely a true fan and supporter like yourself wouldnt criticize his performance? As a coach he performed about as well as Jefferson has at qb. I would think LSU was somewhere around 90th in success with Curley about where LSU's offense is with Jefferson.

I know I will just get some reply about bashing Jefferson and other blather you have been spewing in the attempt to frustrate objective analysis of your chosen one.

If wanting and questioning why LSU continues to play a proven inept qb makes you a bad fan. Then I guess there are lots of bad fans who want a qb who actually helps the team win games instead of win in spite of him.

I do salute you Mr True Fan in your belief that no LSU player (especially if his name is Jordan Jefferson) can do wrong.

I will be waiting for you to lead the bring back Curley fan club.

Hey Rudy. I'm glad you asked. Bashing is a fine art. One must post the same things over and over and over about a player or a coach, depending on the target of the Bash. One must keep posting these same things for weeks. True Bashing is relentless.
True Bashing is believeing that by posting these negative things we, the Bashers, are directing the course of LSU football.
Bashing relies on massive numbers of redundant posts to be effective. We have to keep it up or else the sunshine pumpers will slip in and say something nice about the object of the bash.
This is something the must NEVER happen.
Bashing relies on the notion that we, the fans know, more than anyone else and that by posting negative things we are showing our superior knowlege of things related to LSU football.
But in its core Bashing relies on repitition. A single negative comment is never sufficient. We Bashers must continut to post the same stuff day after day after week after month. It is the unrelenting hammering at a target that makes what we are. It is a calling and I'm glad you are interested in joining the Brigade.
Not all can handle this awesome responsibility. Only the few, the select, the proud, the Bashers.

It's possible.

He will have the opportunity to do otherwise, however.

Thanks for your attempt at showing intelligence Uncommon Cents but fortunately I dont need your definition or interpretation of bashing. I looked it up in Webster's and I am more than happy to go with the accepted definition as opposed to yours.

You can go back to polishing Jordan's arse with your lips now and digging up the Crazy Bout Curley shirts you are looking for to lead the parade in

Awwwww... Did they hurt your little feelings? Did those bad men on the rant say bad things about your favorite player? Let's just get pissy and make a complete arse of ourselves just to spite them. There you go...

Dude, WTF are you talking about? You are not making any sense at this point.

This is possibly the most German statement ever posted on TD.

Let it go, JJ's uncle is proud of his nephew, we get it. His new childish attempts only lowers the IQ of everyone reading his drivel. At least he has completely abandoned futilely trying to defend the stats, although he can't help himself and still insists our 11 wins were due to JJ's stellar performance (in the apologist group, the final defense before the race card is thrown).

Doc, I gave you a lot of grief when you kept thinking (hoping?) that JJ would somehow miraculously get better at the beginning of last season. Kudos for stepping up and admitting it just wasn't going to happen.

That explains a lot-he doesn't know what a good passing attack looks like then. Although I am puzzled how one of JJ's relatives found his way up there. Must of moved down here next door to the family or something.

WOW.
I take a little nap and so many of my fellow Bashers come out in force. Thanks guys. The level of Bashiness is growing all the time. I regret that I haven't been able to applaud and encourage each and every one of on your efforts.
Jefferson Bashing must never stop, not for drink, food, sex or even sleep. It is imperative that we, the knowing, refuse to let up on the attack. Just one pause and somebody might let a sunshine pumper in here and say something that is NOT bad about Jefferson. That is unthinkable.
We must never pause, never rest. Bashing is the road to our manliness. Bashing is the way that we feel good about ourselves. I especially appreciate my fellow Baser Brigade members who are older. It is especially rewarding to see you hammering at a college kid.
So a new day dawns and with it more opportunities for beating up on Jefferson. Isn't America great? Aren't we proud of ourselves? I know I am. I am proud that I no longer am a sunshine pumper. I am so happy that I have gone over and now feel that, like the rest of my Basher comrades, life is empty with out my Daily Jefferson Bash.
Thanks for freeing me.
