I would have had Pat Peterson on my list. Without question, the SEC has put out some players. Wow!

Pollack that high is a joke!

Yeah, I think Peterson and Dorsey, possibly Faneca, too, should be on that list; at least ahead of Wilbur Marshall. Heck, I might even put Wendel Davis, Michael Brooks and Bradie James ahead of him. Not 100% on Derrick Brooks and Patrick Willis, either, though they're definitely at that level where it's nitpicking to distinguish between greats.

Good grief, is that ever a stout list.
PP7, Glenn Dorsey, and Josh Reed are the other LSU players who pop to my mind as possibly being deserving of being on that list. I initially thought Dorsey over Pollack, but I forgot that Pollack was a 3 time AA. Reed and PP7 both left a year early, but without looking back at the list, I am struggling to remember ANY WR or DB on the list. I really like that K. Faulk is on there. Incredible versatility and stats, yet often underappreciated.

Tebow at 2 is dumb, no way he was better than Bo
Pollack being 9 is retarded
sCam Newton should be nowhere near the list, neither should McFadden

Walker, Jackson and Tebow are basically indisputable.
If somebody put you on the spot, and you had to name the greatest in SEC history in 0.5 seconds without giving it any thought, I think most SEC fans (who aren't complete homers) would spit out one of these names.
For all others, you could argue that somebody else deserves to be on the list.

When do they post about WRs & Defense?

Not knocking any of those guys but you could arguably replace any with the following; Dorsey, Emmett Smith, Peterson, Reed, Hilliard, Faneca, Mawae, Ingram, Bradie James, George Teague, Jamal Lewis or a host of others. Even one-hit-wonder Cam deserves a mention for one of the all-time great collegiate seasons.

and the real travesty... no Champ Bailey?

Damn, 16 SEC players from the past 30 years, that's tough. I'm not sure I'd have any LSU players on that.

It's a crying shame that neither of the Booty brothers are on that list. Josh was 10x the QB Manning was.
