I have a bunch due to school fundraisers. Got a 10 inch skillet in this week that I really like. Best skillet I have other than my black iron.

My wife used to sell this stuff. Mandolin slicer, microplane, pizza stones, ceramic dutch oven, a few skillets, garlic press, rotary cheese grater, food chopper...all great items.

Got these:

and the garlic press. I'm looking to get a pasta machine at some point, but I want to shop around a bit.

Microplane, rotary cheese grater, knife sharpener, adjustable measuring spoons, wet/dry measuring cup ... a few more things that I can't think of right now but those are the things that I use alot and really like.

i have the mandoline and dont recommend it. it has a safety feature where you have to have the hand protector on it and it doesnt cut very well. i also prefer one where you can adjust the thickness.
now i do have the microwave rice cooker and i definitely recommend this. just do the standered 2:1 water to rice ratio and cook for 15 min. perfect rice
i think i might have a couple other little gadgets

I think it is easier for me to find the items my wife doesn't have.

the pizza stone is awesome... my wife has one and its great for pizzas but i absolutely love to use it to make homemade cookies... gives them an awesome crunch on the outside with the soft gooey inside.

Lol. Only if yours doesn't use any of the items listed. I'm the cook.

I use mine for everything: pizza, cookies, biscuits, rolls, potatoes, basically anything that needs to go in the oven.
