Tonight is date night, but the DVR will catch it.

But unless you're a neilson family, your watching it won't do any good.

Who are these neilson bitches who keep letting my favorite shows get cancelled?

I haven't seen it before but I caught last night's episode.

Is the other side an "initiated" universe, ie the general public knows about the other side? Or is it pretty much the same as ours and he thought he was seeing a ghost until she said they never had children?

No...the general public does not know about the alternate universe. The parallel universe is like ours in the fact that there is one of "us" over there too (unless they die).

You are correct about him thinking he was seeing her ghost until she said they didn't have kids.

It is...unfortunately, the unconventional breaks the show takes really hurt its appeal.

it really is a great show with great acting. it's one of my favorite on television.

I should be able to watch. I've been trying to catch up; on episode 14 in the first season. I have enjoyed it so far.

Unfortunately, you'll find that the 1st season doesn't really fit into the grand scheme of things when it's all said and done. Sure, there are tidbits here and there, but...you'll see what I mean. Nevertheless, the fun doesn't begin until the 2nd season

Wasn't a big fan of this episode for some reason. Maybe too much Olivia and Peter crap for my tastes. Probably my least favorite episode since season 1. With that said, bad episodes of Fringe are still better than 90% of the other crap on TV right now.

I had to work on Friday night for the first time in a long time. As exhausting an evening as it was - I refused to lay down until the new episode popped up on Hulu.

I'm enjoying Fringe but I think it's coming close to a natural end. Will there really be that much story left to tell once a winner is decided?

I've been thinking this exact same thing this whole season...BUT, what if they come across ANOTHER universe? and another? etc.

They have to survive Friday night for a season first though!
