Good catch. The site I used for reference is weighted toward modern players/stats. With FIVE all-pro seasons, he would replace Faulk on the first team IMO. Move Faulk to the second team with a no Tight End (Power-I) formation .

Lots of wonderful memories come to life in reading each of these powerful LSU names. Just to spotlight one, think of Tommy Davis, the Tiger punter and place kicker on the 1958 NC team. With the 49ers he set the NFL record for consecutive extra points at 234 and finished his career with 348 of 350. His punting average was 44.7 yards.

Martin 553 receptions 8100 yards 49 touchdowns
Kennison 548 receptions 8300 yards 42 touchdowns
Reed 311 receptions 3500 yards 10 touchdowns

Reed isn't there yet.

Not even catchin Carson yet

353 receptions 6300 yards 33 touchdowns

Even Devery Henderson may be ahead of Reed

157 receptions 3000 yards 16 touchdowns

No Corey Webster as DB? Already has a SB ring as a starter.
