Dude gave us our first playoff away game win

That game was in the Dome, our first road playoof win didn;t come until 2014
You might want to check Rudy Macklin's stats

1976-77 14.8

1977-78 19.0

1978-79 23.0 (injured knee after 2 games)

1979-80 17.5

1980-81 15.9

That was actually a New Orleans fireman.
You need crazy guys like Kyle Turley

Not really...a fan came out of the stands in 1976 (I think that was the year), and kicked the shite out of Zeke Moore after he tried to gouge out Tinker Owens' eye.
Don't tell me to search, I'm on limited time
When LSU fans actually referred to players by name instead of initials.

Thanks for actually using someone's name, instead of the idiotic way of using initials. Besides, if you want to use the correct initials, it would be OB....Odell is one word.
Explain how this hurts you? Have you checked your gender lately?
I'm sure Les and and the rest of the team will be excited to hear about your revelation.

What have they done here, besides being born here. M. Faulk, Brandon Jacobs, to name a few, are from here and don't get the same treatment.

I have ZERO loyalty for any of the mannings. Brandon Jacobs maybe from Louisiana, but on several occasions has put the state down. He's a complete arse.

He has been playing particularly well the last month and took it up another notch tonight

The running as a whole has taken it up a notch in the past month...it's a big plus to have healthy running backs at the end of the season.

How Bama's fans feel about the game will have zero impact on the outcome.

How ANY fan feels has zero impact
Jimmy Graham is also poised to set a season record for receiving yards by a tight end, he needs to hit about 90 yards.

how terrible Bobby Hebert was

The blame can be laid at the feet of Carl Smith, and his ultra-conservative play calling. And even mentioning Aaron Brooks makes this post null and void.

We don't get respect because our fans are pussies. Please stop.

Sucks that you beat me to it. This fan base is so thin-skinned it's sickening.

how can a team be worse than 0-13 after 13 games???

If Archie Manning and Bobby Hebert were failures

Hebert quarterbacked the Saints to their first playoff game, can't consider him a failure.

manning won nothing...sounds like a failure

How about we put you inside the box.

Remember it? I was there...lol

To be named First-Team All-SEC as a freshman is pretty incredible.

I was in no way tyring to discount Hodson's accomplishments. I was just responding to Jones' 28 touchdown passes.

honestly would have thought bert jones had more td passes

That was the 70's, and coached by Charlie Mac. They were primarily a run team, and Coach Mac did have a 2 quarterback system.

Sarcastic cocky arsehole

I heard it too...hope his season ends early.

I was confusing it with the Oakland game the year before.

I was there both seasons too, sometimes all that bad stuff runs together...that's a good thing

The low point was a Monday night game against San Francisco where we blew a 35-7 halftime lead. (I was there, we couldn't get a first down in the second half to save our lives.)

I agree with your assesment, however this was a game played in San Francisco on a Sunday afternoon. The Saints did have a Monday night game against the Rams that year at the Dome, and I believe they lost 24-7.

2) LSU scored on the first play from scrimmage and went on to crush this team on their home turf after just holding on against the same team in Baton Rouge the year before. I can’t recall who intercepted pass on Vandys first play (Pierson) but we creamed vandy.1985
