I'll sometimes do 3 before going for a run. That and oatmeal is like steroids.

Im just curious, but why would you eat em raw instead of cooking them? Convenience? Mental thing?

I always wondered the same thing. It takes just a couple of minutes to scramble 3 eggs.

Cooked eggs have the same amount of protein, but they're sustained more throughout the day because they break down more slowly; raw eggs' protein gets utilized more quickly.
Also, I fart way more when they're cooked.

I used to do this, not so much anymore though.
Deviled eggs are awesome. With OR without the yolk.

I hard boil the eggs and take out the yolk most of the time. I exercise enough so when I douse the eggs in salt it doesn't matter.
I don't run after eggs, just something boot camp has made me hate.

I was a senior in High School when Rocky came out. EVERY athlete in the country did this!

your protein absorption from cooked eggs is considerably higher compared to consuming raw eggs. if you're eating raw eggs before a workout to get your protein, i'd just substitute whey protein.
