quote:frick NO, You want LSU to bring in an OLD HAS BEEN, I dont see many other Universitys knocking down Fulmars door.
I am sure Les is going to work this situation for a raise, extension and possibly raise for some assistants.
However if Les did leave is there any chance we would reunite Phil Fulmer and The Chief.
I know we love to bash Tennessee and Fulmer but, he has SEC head coaching experience, a national title and is familiar with the recruiting grounds. This would also likely enable us to retain some of our existing coaching staff.

Guys, guys please!!!
Do your homework on Fulmer before throwing that out.
Ever see a Dunkin Donuts in BR? Neither will you see Phil Fulmer.

do u guys know anything about football? I mean u would rather hire Bo Pelini than Phil Fulmer compare their resume's not even close Phil is a proven winner in this league. Fulmer took some time off to recharge his batteries and LSU is the perfect fit for Fulmer and LSU. I mean it's like u r saying Bill Cowher is not a good coach he took some time off to recharge and now he is ready. Fulmer was on top for many many years it was time for him to rest and recharge, but he is ready now do your research before u post
