From my mentor/former professor who is friends with an agent named George Shapiro; guess who wants to be the next head coach at LSU? Eric Mangini.

I'm not familiar with Mangini but Arnsparger had a very dry personality and he did quite well at LSU.

I want to be a Jedi Knight. I've had my agent throw it out there just in case.

This would cause me to permanently cover my face and shake my head during games.... And we thought having Les was bad...

The guy has had two NFL jobs, I'm sure he is a very good football coach.

I think that its silly that guys on a message board badmouth a guy at the top of his profession.

He would probably be better than some of the other names being thrown around.

oddly enough, I heard that someone with relatively close ties to the program mentioned his name as a potential candidate (should it come to that).

Not a bad hire at all if it comes to that. The Browns lack talent and that was obvious. They were in every single game except the last one vs. pittsburge up until the last minute of each game. They played very competitively in 15 games and beat the saints and patriots in back to back weeks.
