Bowl gift lists

Players may also be upset LSU didn't get invited to the Cap One Bowl. Cap One is giving $420 gift cards to best buy to the participants. Cotton Bowl didn't disclose so it may be better but doubtful.

Last year the Cotton Bowl gave out 32" LCD TV's to every player...so I'm sure they'll be taken care of this year.

The Best Buy card won't compare to getting to play in the new stadium. Most players wouldn't have any other opportunity to play in a place like that the rest of their lives. Anything else they get at this point is just lagniappe.

I know someone that was at both the 2002 Sugar Bowl and the 2003 Cotton Bowl and he said the gifts at the Cotton Bowl were much better.

they get the hook up brah. for the final 4 in 2006 they all got 360's. they would literally have 3 sitting in closets in WCA since there was no point in hooking 4 X-Box's up in one apt

There is a cost limit for these Bowl Gifts, right? I'm sure the Cotton will reach the same limit that the Cap One will, as far as the value of the gifts are concerned. Is it still 500 dollars?

exactly, many of them won't make it to the NFL and to play in that brand new big arse stadium; i'm sure is enough to please them
