Why is there a slash ( \\\\ ) being added to my posts?

It is happening everytime I use an apostrophe.
The dog\\\'s bone was buried under the house.
Is this showing up as normal for everyone else?
ETA: I did not add the slash in the sentence about the dog. I also only typed one slash in the title.

I looked at all of you recent post\\\'s grammar and it looks fine. You\\\'re probably just experiencing problems with your PC.
