At the beginning of the year I thought we'd be 7-1 now. losing to UF and beating Auburn. Lose to Bama, Arky and go 9-3 and that should give us a 3rd place division finish and Les will talk about what a great season since we were picked 4th and go ask the AD for another year extension.

To some people it's not...that's all I cared about in HS and I want to make a career out of it. I'm hoping to be a coach at LSU one day so that statement is wrong...and tell that to the players.

When I was in my 40's, I was acting the same way. I'm 62 now. I wasn't nearly as wise then as I am now. With age comes wisdom.

Young Saints fans will be the same now that New Orleans has won a Super Bowl.

That's why we call em the perpetually disgruntled.

Every fact is proof of some other unconnected fact, the connect-the-dots never end.
Fortunately, we live in a country where affordable psychological care is only a phone call away.

I'm forever LSU but how do you accept this
Read post "Offense spiral downward since Crowton (ie.Miles) -- Statistically"

In my business I'd been fired by now with this kind of record and I don't even come close to making Gary Crowton salary much less Coach Miles.

Roger I have read many of your posts. In all honesty, you are one of the worst ones on here. You are in the same league with nuts4lsu. For you to call someone else embarrassing is hilarious. You are a typical knee-jerk poster with very little common sense used in any of your posts. There are many older guys on paid sites also that are complete idiots when it comes to lsu. It just always amazes me that generally smart men can get so caught up in obsession that they lose site of reality and common sense. The guy is 58-16 in 5+ years here. I agree crowton sux, and he will be gone at the end of this year. If we can pull this year out with 10 and possibly 11 wins, things will begin to turn around at LSU to where we are back competing for NC's. If not for Boise and TCU playing such pathetic schedules, LSU would still have a shot at a NC. As it is though, they still control their own destiny in obtaining a BCS berth and top 5 ranking. You guys can jump off the bandwagon at any time. I'm staying true to lsu.

Listen man....I'm just as passionate as anyone about LSU. Trust Me. But no one is going to convince me that as a fan a football game is so important that it completely ruins my week. When you are on your death bed. I promise you the LSU football team wont be there and when you die Tiger Stadium wont crumble. Some people take this too serious.....this is why you are having such a hard time enjoying a 1 loss season so far.

You have no idea what you are talking about. I am as objective of a fan as you can get. I praise when it is deserved, most recently the UF game and call crap when I see it.

You are making shite up.

I don't have trouble enjoying this year man! We are 7-1 in the SEC! I think we should have won yesterday but I don't think it's done yet. And really I know that football is not as important as some things but to me it is. If it weren't for me playing football, I wouldn't be in college, I wouldn't have the discipline to eat right, exercise, and study for exams. I live by the rules I was taught by my coach.

I am 43 years old...hardly gramps yet. There are actually some realistic college kids, but for the most part, the majority of them really have no clue. Typical kids though, they THINK they know it all. The sad part is, you are admitting to being at least 40, and after reading many of your posts, your analsyis is on par with these kids. Sad.

Not trying to chop your balls off. That's great. I think it's awesome that football motivates you. Infact that is one of the reasons why football is such a great sport because of all the side stories. But keep thinking about it over and over till you can honestly say...."it's just a game", cause that is what it is.

I'm upset about the loss, but hey to be real with you football would be boring if all we did was win. Somebody has to lose. We lost with a hard fight. It's gonna be ok. Keep on fighting.

Not true. I have stated many times that JJ has certain strengths and is being misused. My criticism is not of JJ, but how he is being used. He isn't a pocket passer and shouldn't be playing if that is what is necessary.
